Brand Ambassador Profile

EXPERIENCE IS PARAMOUNT 

 

Our Ambassadors have at least  3 years experience working in-  store, educating associates and  servicing customers.    

Many Brand Ambassadors have  worked for retailers such as Boots, Superdrug, Selfridges  or brands such  as Estee Lauder Dior, Charlotte Tilbury etc.  CDL Global provides a  foundational training for all  employees that deep dives into  make-up and customer service.   

Brand Ambassadors have monthly  sales training and coaching by  our operations manager.   

All employees are trained on  specific retailer guidelines  whether or not they ever worked  there prior.

  

Brand Ambassador Training

 BRAND PARTNER EDUCATION 


  • During onboarding stage brand will select dates for train-the-trainer education. 
  • Brand will share training deck for CDL Global  to upload to our portal and add quizzes for our staff to complete. 
  • Brand will ship assets  (Samples/Gratis/Collateral, etc.) to CDL Global management team. 
  • Brand partners will be invited to attend monthly education with CDL Global  field team. 
  • Share demos with CDL Global staff.



   Education


  • Work with store management to align  on goals
  • Educate as many store associates as management will allow
  • Provide gratis to reward store teams upon completion of education
  • Reward store teams with treats if  allowed by brand partner
  • Share signature brand demo with  store associates
  • Share product techniques with store  staff
  • Engage with store staff on socials

  

Sales Support/Demos in-store


  • Reserve a table if applicable 
  • Assist customers with all needs with  goal to be adding to their basket
  • Demonstrate “How to Use” products
  • Share samples to build sales 
  • Partner with management to discuss  goals and sales
  • Consultative sell approach  (problem/solution) 
  • Merchandising checks for inventory levels and clean up
  • Completed Review App at end of every day
