You will have a detailed face to face interview (This will be a virtual interview if we are unable to meet face to face) we really want to take time to get to know you. What your career goals are and your perfect working environment.

Even if we are unable to help you after our screening we will keep in touch and support you in your career search.

While you are job hunting we will 

start an active search, with your approval, connecting with our clients on your behalf  within the first week of us connecting. We will always give you feedback and be honest & transparent to help you learn and develop.

We will also IMMEDIATELY set you up into our database so ALL of our agents across the globe learn who you are and will work as a team to support.

We promise to keep in touch with you at least once a week until we have secured you a new job position, or until you have found a role for yourself! Connection is key.
